dragging my feet..

6 miles on the recumbent bike done..dragging my feet when it comes to walking..Here is the challenge for me...I hate to walk ! I am forcing myself up off the chair and going to join Leslie Sansone walking for 10 min..It sounds like a huge amount of time to me..but I will do this.

    I took up stair climbing at work. Seven minutes of stair climbing is 100 calories. I think of it as being paid to exercise while at work.
No gym membership, no exercise clothing, no sweating and no excuses needed. Gotta love it.

  Sorry you hate walking. It's one of the best and least expensive forms of exercise. What would you prefer? Running? Jump rope? If you really dislike walking the chances are not good that you'll stick with it. Find something you like better. Why waste the time you have doing something you completely dislike (unless you have to)! emoticon
