Ok, I have gained back a lot of the weight I lost. But I am back at it and hoping to finally figure out the trick to losing and maintaining. Man, I always thought losing weight is the hardest thing ever, but I found maintaining to be even harder (obviously).
Here I am, back on another Zumba weight loss challenge then afterwards I put my name on the waiting list for the Spring Biggest Loser challenge. These things helped me before, I think partly because it held me accountable. So here's hoping!
I've been doing zumba, walk away the pounds, and some light weights. I just started tracking my food again. Not like calorie amounts, but at least writing what I eat and when. I've already noticed if I don't want to have to put it on paper, I usually don't end up eating it!
So here goes, again. Wish me luck! Again! Fall down 7 times, get up 8. Right?
