So I dropped my husband off at the airport yesterday plan was to get on track while he was gone. Over that 84 hours I was going to detox in hopes of getting the carb cravings under control. Long story short I was helping my daughter with her Science fair project, we needed to get some photo's developed so we went to the Wal-mart because it is the closest 1 hour photo. While we were there she picked up Valentines for a few of her girlfriends. We parked almost as far away as you could from the's a habbit I picked up years ago trying to get in more steps...anyways there was a bunch of commotion going on and then suddenly we were stuck in the middle of a shooting ...Really? apparently you do not want to be with me in an emergency situation I did not handle it well.....and when we finally got home I stuffed my face and went to sleep! emoticon I have 53 hours left to get myself on track with food before he returns and the forecast says 40 degrees and rain for the next 2 days. emoticon Don't get me wrong I'm happy to be alive!

Wow! I have been there, years ago at a parade. It's a real terrifying situation. I'm glad you guys are okay. Now put the food down and get out a video tape and exercise. emoticon emoticon

WOW! Crazy AND Scary! I think that would lead me to eat. Honestly that is the main thing I have to conquer, eating through my emotions, life's stresses and even happy times. I have to find another source to go to other than food.
