I've been plugging along. Finished January with about 103 miles and a 5 minute plank. I pulled out 30 miles the first full week of February toward my 100 mile goal for the month and have been maintaining a pretty good run schedule of 4-5 days/week. I really enjoyed the plank challenge, but I haven't started the push up challenge yet. I'm finding that I really need top add more strength training...so, to that end, I'm planning to start doing double workouts again a few days a week. 30 day shred in the morning and then my run or kickboxing in the afternoon. I know my shape has been changing, but I'd really like to see more definition.
