I would give myself a 5 on the scale of healthiness when it comes to my relationship with food. I have good intentions to eat healthy but I only do it sometimes. I love grains and dairy products. I don't eat enough fruits & vegetables but I do have a piece of fruit every morning. I'm trying to add at least 1 veggie a day. For Lent I'm going to give up sweets with the ladies of my church small group.
