Stuck to my diet very well today. Cleaned out the fridge and worked on the pantry as well. Talked with my wife about my diet some and not wanting to see the candy and cookies around. Went to my WTW (Weigh to Wellness) class this morning. Its good information, but the majority of the attendees don't seem to be taking it seriously. Oh well - you get out of these kind of things what you put into them. I'm really trying to fight for a better health and perspective. I've lost 20 lbs since Christmas, and hope to lost about 80 more before the end of the year. I am in a weight loss contest at work, and haven't been able to focus well until the last week or so... I'm going to buckle down!
