I'm going to have a brief respite from Lenny, but not from my work outs. 50 Shades of Sore is on Monday, Wednesday and Friday with the option for Saturday. However, I go on my annual retreat this Thursday through Monday, and I have to work late tomorrow. So no Lenny until Monday night. (I will be home in time for class.)
I was so freaking cold today. Bone chillingly cold. Could not get warm at all. So I bagged going to the Y. It should have been a twofer Tuesday day, but I did the Pilates dvd at home instead. Now just my feet are cold.
To make sure I don't fall behind on my workouts I used Spark's Fitness Plan Generator and I have two workouts that I can do while I'm on retreat. Some of the moves looks kind of scary but I'll give them a shot. I don't want to break my streak. The retreat center where I'm going is great for walks and runs in good weather, but in the winter it is treacherous - heavily wooded, hills and lots of black ice. I tried to get in some runs last year and I didn't get out of the driveway of the house before I slipped on the ice and fell. And there wasn't any snow on the ground like there is this year!
