LS 2 mile , 30 min additional walking, 15 min stretching!
I am really loving getting my exercise done early, it feel so good! However getting up earlier has caught up with me today. So I am going to get in bed earlier tonight because I am going to keep getting up at the earlier time! I know I will adjust in a few days.
Did very well with food today. I have figured out a way to get the taste of a burger without the bun. I cut up romaine and spread it on a plate. Then I cut up some tomato and onions and sprinkle them on top of the romaine. Then I squirt a couple of teaspoons of spicy mustard and a teaspoon of ketchup around (just enough to get a taste of it kind of like dipping your fork in salad dressing) then I put my turkey burger patty with cheese on top and cut it and it eat it that way. It satisfies my burger craving and I really don't miss the bun!
I feel as though I am "stuck" at this weight right now. I will see what the scale says in the morning. If I am still between 239 and 241 I am going to have to make some changes for the new week and see if I can get things moving again.
I hate plateaus but they are a fact of life when you are on a weight loss journey. They are irritating and aggravating but they must be dealt with. I am not going to let it get me off track or in the "I don't care, I give up" attitude. I will figure out what I need to do to get off the plateau!
I haven't done any strength training this week. I was too sore for a few days and then I changed the cardio up so I am just now ready for strength training again.
TOMORROW'S MINI GOAL: ADD THE STRENGTH TRAINING BACK!
