Healthy dinner - check
Yoga done - check
Elliptical used - check
feeling less stressed and ready to relax and then get a very good nights sleep so that tomorrow is as productive as today was.
I made it to Level 10 Today!! YEAH!! Now to push myself and meet my goal of 1000 fitness minutes this month! If Mother Nature would get over this snow/ice nonsense it would be very helpful. Walking outside right now is just not possible with all the ice on the roads/sidewalks. Praying for some warmer weather - and really hoping it arrives this weekend as expected!.
