My week has started off great! Yesterday I finally got my booty back in the gym after about 5 days off and it felt amazing! I have been doing great on eating clean
Heres what I ate yesterday!
BREAKFAST
-breakfast essential drink

LUNCH
-apple w/ peanut butter
-can of tuna

DINNER
-grilled chicken with a little butter on top with a dash of salt and pepper
-fresh green beans
-cauliflower with a homemade cheese sauce

SNACK
-I saw these cookies in the store and they were low calorie for the size of them so I decided to try them! They had fresh oats and dark chocolate chips! I had 2 of them and they were only 110 calories each! Delicious!

Today I had class until 11:30 I was planning on going to the gym but I decided I am going to go when I get off work tonight!
Heres what I ate today!
BREAKFAST
-oatmeal with a little cinnamon and brown sugar
-banana

LUNCH
-apple w/ peanut butter
-can of tuna

DINNER
-2 small turkey burgers with a slice of cheese on them with a little ketchup(no bun)
-sautéed broccoli
-applesauce
-individual cup of mac and cheese! Its a velveeta brand and its only 220 calories! Im addicted to the Queso blanco kind!

SNACK
-Nothing yet! But Ill probably take 2 cookies to work or a nutri-grain bar!

DRINKS
-Only water

I must say I am proud of myself I have been getting in a lot more fruits and veggies than I usually do! Like I said in my previous blogs I am going to allow myself one cheat meal per week and ill have that on Thursday of this week! A couple of my friends and I plan on going out to dinner more than likely we will go to buffalo wild wings or monicals! I think one cheat meal per week will really help me stay on track so I wont crave random food! Hope everyone has had a great start to the week!

    Everything sounds so yummy. I think it's awesome for allowing yourself a cheat day so your cravings don't get out of control. Yay for getting more fruits and veggies, I think that's the tricky part of working them all in. Great job!
