New Scale, New Weight

I've been really frustrated with my scale at home. Every time I step on it it reads something different. When I weigh in I usually do three times and average the weight. Not a great thing to go by.

When the new gym opened I was going to use their scale but...They had NO scale! I asked the owner and he said it was on it's way.

This morning (Whoop Whoop for me, I woke up at 4:35 and was at the gym when the doors opened at 5) what a wonderful surprise to see that the scale has arrived!

I'm so excited to have a consistant scale to weigh myself on JUST ONCE A WEEK!

Bad news is it weighed me 4lbs heavier than what my weight has been averaging at home. So this week my SP weight tracker will have me down as gaining weight but in a week, a month and more it won't matter! Still need to take my measurements, that will be another great way to keep track of my progress.

    The weight is just a number...but the weight LOSS is just enjoy watching it go down :)
