I made it!

I made it a week without "starting again"! It didn't happen the way i imagined, but really that's not the point. The point is that i broke the cycle, the pattern, the falling!

So one week down, what's next...?

I say the same again, make it to next Tuesday without starting again or going backwards. This is the bigger challenge for me, consistency.
