Since I have started measuring my body fat % on January 20, I have lost 1% of my body fat, going from 34.3% to 33.3% this morning. Hooray for me!
Did a great workout yesterday; 0.5 mi run, 5 sets of 10 walking lunges with weights and 10 shoulder presses, 0.5 mi run. I added 3 sets of 12 back extensions and leg lifts to get some core work in there. I came down a little too hard on my right knee during one of the lunges, so the second "run" was more of a "jog/walk" because I didn't want to aggravate it further.
I was going to do some yoga last night but ended up slipping on some icy stairs, so I took it easy and went to bed early last night. I have a beautiful bruise that takes of half of my left butt cheek this morning, but I am super lucky that I didn't do any real damage. I think I'm just going to do some free weights at the gym today and some yoga at home.
My husband has a job interview tomorrow and we really need some crossed fingers and toes for this one.
