i have to say...although i was dreading my extra-long day yesterday, it was sunny outside and i was in a pretty great mood all day! today is back to dreary, however, so i will try to keep yesterday's mindset going strong haha...
(very weird) breakfast - 3.5 ounces of chicken, mixed berry bliss quest bar
lunch - .5 cup of blueberries, 3 dates, 100 cal greek yogurt
snacks - apple, 100 cal pack of walnuts/almonds, seaweed snack pack, 1 scoop of protein powder mixed with water
dinner - salad with hummus, chicken, shredded carrot, feta and bell pepper
water - 10 cups
exercise - 11,518 steps, 40 flights of stairs, 737 cals burned
tmi warning: since this is my period week, i have decided that i am ABSOLUTELY not allowed to step on the scale until sunday morning! no exceptions!
