Week Seven: Healing, showing progress.

Today I went to the chiropractor. We went over my body and its limitations. She said she has noticed that my body is healing because I’m able to get more done to me. I noticed that with my massage therapy Friday.

I didn’t go to water walking but I did do some walking. Tomorrow Is going to be balance and stability water class. It’s like Hai Chi, Tia Chi is on land and in the water they call it Hai Chi.

Here is my updated challenge information for the week, for the fling into spring Challenge. Week one is done!!! I am switching out the rest day. Sundays are normally my rest day.
