So did 30 laps today. I swim ten laps at a time with about 5 mins break in between. That exercise had me mellow all day. I was supposed to do 30 DS today but had an upset tummy tonight and my daughter is battling the cold so I figure becoming dehydrated and stressing my body is not a good idea. So sleep early and get 7 hours sleep. Tomorrow is another day!
