Getting serious about strength

Going to the gym with my friend has me wanting to get serious about strength again. I've gone too long without a regular program, and I always love the way I feel after a good workout.
I'm no slouch, although it's been a while since I really spent time with the weights, so I have to re-acquaint myself with the equipment.
I didn't go today thanks to some drama, but I'm determined to go tomorrow.
