Tomorrow's breakfast will be Dorset Museli with a grated apple and a small handful of sliced almonds and skim milk.
Lunch Half a Peanut Butter sandwich with cucumber slices and a small glass of skim milk
Supper small portion whole wheat pasta tomatoes and a sprinkle of parmesan and green salad on the side
Snacks cottage cheese and fruit. Handful of almonds and a few dried dates.
This could be pure fantasy but not unlike what I normally eat as a vegetarian.
I am leaving for another trip to help out the kids and I likely will be gone for a couple of weeks.
I am going to make a big effort to maintain my healthy living while taking care of family business...... the exercise is a lot easier to do than the meals.
