Dealing with Depression while trying to get healthy

So today I realized that I have been depressed for the last week or so...I have a very hard time recognizing how I feel at any given moment, and it's made getting healthy very difficult. But today is a good day. So I'm grateful for that!

    depression is a harsh illness, I'm very sorry for its hindrance & disruptive influence to practicing habits it causes you....thank goodness for medical clarity.

You are doing remarkable well to prevail and I'm very pleased you are vlogging the trials & tribulations of the journey.

    I suffer from depression as well and know exactly what you mean about feeling tired. It is really hard to take that first step and get moving but when you are depressed it almost feels impossible to get up and do any physical activity. With that said good for you for being able to jump on the treadmill and get some exercise in!! I know that wasn't easy but it pays off! emoticon emoticon
