At Goal Again

I started strength training again 4 weeks ago. I am already back at goal weight (without counting calories or consciously restricting calories). I haven't been at goal weight for 7 months and I spent a bit of that time not only above goal but out of maintenance range. Strength training is definitely integral to my maintenance plan.

Now to lean out and be in peak shape for our upcoming cruise. I'm leaner than I was last time I was at goal so I don't anticipate it being too too hard to feel bikini-ready :-)

    emoticon Strength is something I'm tempted to skip, too, but it's vital to my ability to finish my events.

    I'm guilty of skipping ST, too... not sure why. I mean, I don't hate it and would love to see the results, but it still falls way down on my list.

You are motivating; great job at getting to goal! emoticon

    Great job.. very encouraging. I've been missing a ST workout on Sundays.. and hearing your results means I need to stop doing that huh!?
