I started strength training again 4 weeks ago. I am already back at goal weight (without counting calories or consciously restricting calories). I haven't been at goal weight for 7 months and I spent a bit of that time not only above goal but out of maintenance range. Strength training is definitely integral to my maintenance plan.
Now to lean out and be in peak shape for our upcoming cruise. I'm leaner than I was last time I was at goal so I don't anticipate it being too too hard to feel bikini-ready :-)
