I had stepped on the scales a day early today just to see how I had done this week. Last week I had reached a major milestone , I had lost 121 pounds. This week I had stepped up my exercise routine, but I had also spent a lot of time sitting at my computer Sparking and the more time I spent on the computer the less time I spent planning and paying attention to when and what food I ate. So when I stepped on the scales I had gained a pound, I was so disappointed. I don't know if I can get that pound off by weigh-in tomorrow, but what I do know is that I need to get some balance back into my day. As I said my disappointment in myself was quite large this morning after all the hard work and exercise long hours I had put in and I was feeling kind of low I saw a notification that I had comments on my page. I went and looked and I saw the following from sparkfriend IMLOCOLINDA:

N- NEVER GIVE UP AND NEVER GIVE IN
This turned my whole day around and instead of wanting to give in to negative thoughts I started trying to come up with a game plan. You never know the impact you may have when you share your hope with a friend. I sure want to thank mine.
