Going to start my new exercise streak today. Well, maybe not a streak. I think I am going to consciously just do 5/7 days a week. When I workout every day, I really hurt when I am sleeping. The funny thing is, after not exercising all weekend, my weight was down 2 lbs from last Monday. Mondays are usually my worst days. Go figure...

I am starting to truly believe that we have to give our bodies a rest. I find that if I don't work out as hard every day, that I sleep better at night. I don't wake up with pain in my legs. Part of it could also be this cold. I'm sure I have a tendency toward arthritis with all the surgeries I have had.

I have been putting off going back to my doc until the cold breaks to see if the pain goes away. Otherwise, I think I am due for another epidural injection in my neck. The last one was in August. My shoulder is sore as well from where I had the last surgery, but, again, I think that part of it is the cold. It feels like all the muscles lock up in the cold.
