So what is it that you REALLY WANT?

Do you want to lose weight? If so get specific! Do you want to gain muscle? Do you want to lose fat? Do you want to look HOT in a bathing suit this summer? What do you really want? If you don't know exactly what you want to accomplish, then you have no direction to go.

Take the time to focus on exactly what your goals are, what your dream body looks like, what clothes you want to wear! Write this stuff down somewhere and look at it everyday! It's time to focus on what you want and move forward towards your dreams! Don't wait until tomorrow! Do it today! Make today the day you take control of your life and start making your dreams your reality!

Do something...ANYTHING today to move you closer to your goal! Tonight go to bed with the satisfaction of knowing you did something today that moved you closer to your dream! Don't go to bed tonight with the regret of knowing you let another day slip away without doing anything to push you closer to your desired results!
