moving and groovin'

exercise!! it's the KEY! yes diet is very important. but we also need to move our bodies to achieve and maintain health.
and i haven't been doing that. well- I have walked mostly in the church building. and that counts! a lot most days on my Fitbit device. but i haven't done my arm and core exercises with my dumbbells in about 2 months.
i just finished a 15 min workout. not great, but i was able to do more than i thought i could, i could really see how out of shape i was getting, but i haven't fallen all the way back to where i was a year ago before i was doing this on a regular basis. (was up to 30 min steady, then hurt my knee, was working crazy hours....etc -so easy to get out of the rhythm)
SO it works. and it works to get back at it...even just a small bit...
it's a process. one day at a time, one meal at a time, one workout session at a time!
