My daughter and I went to the gym at work yesterday. I met with a trainer a few days ago, discussed my goals, fears, expectations, and limitations.
He gave me a road map to start.
I went yesterday and did 3 arm machines with the sets/reps he suggested and walked 30 minutes on the treadmill.
I felt rejuvenated!!
My weight still seems to be climbing up, so hopefully that will stop and begin heading down again!!
