I got 1 out of 7 workouts in for the week.
I didn't really track my food for the week, so I'm not really sure. I was sick most of the week though, and didn't really feel like eating most of the beginning of the week.
I tried to get my water in, but didn't really get my water in this week.
I did lose 1 pound this week.
