soo i am so excited to write this recap, because i think yesterday was my best eating day EVER! i didn't worry about how high my carbs were, i just tried to focus on being super balanced and listening to what my body wanted!
breakfast - 5 egg white omelette with chopped leftover garlic chicken, 3 baby mushrooms, 3 cherry tomatoes, broccoli and green bell pepper. 2 cups of coffee with sugar free creamer. two slivers of avocado on the side (about 1.5 tbsp worth)
lunch - 100 cal greek yogurt with 20 blueberries, a small banana, 3 chopped dates and 1 tbsp of powdered pb
dinner - spinach salad with 4ish ounces of salmon, crumbled bacon, one small tomato, one egg white, caramelized onion, and about one tbsp of spicy caesar dressing
water - 13 cups :) :)
exercise - 8,293 steps, 10 flights of stairs, 610 cals burned (so i did fasted cardio yesterday, and had a horrible workout compared to how they have been recently...i did come to the realization, however, that i classifed running 3 miles in 18:59 as a horrible workout, so i guess that i've come a long way haha...i just had no energy to do anything else!!!)
today is the dreaded class after work monday...i hate that my longest days are mondays :/
i packed lots of snacks for work, and am planning to grab a salad between work and class...now to summon the energy to make it through the work day haha..
