Week 6

Stayed the same at today's weigh in. I had a very good week with regards to my exercise program. I am lifting more weight and my cardio continues to improve. I can't wait for the summer so that I can walk more often, it's close to -40c again today making walking problematic. Onward and downward. emoticon

    Some weeks I will see no weight loss then all the sudden there will be a big change. I like the occasional outdoor walk too. Where I live its not quite THAT cold but there are snow drifts outside taller than I am.
