Having Fun!

Monday, February 10, 2014

I'm learning that having fun on this journey makes it easier to face the days where you just don't wanna do it.

I'm finding once I push myself past that initial groan on those days, that I feel energized and get moving.

I wonder what the neighbors think if they look into my window. My "dance" and exercise moves are jerky and sloppy at best, but hey, I am moving and finding better form every day. I can imagine the view as quite comical. My hair is usually up in a Pebbles and Bam-Bam type hairdo while I am doing chicken wing movements with my arms, and toy soldier marches, twirling around like a ballerina while pushing my dog away as she is grabbing onto my sweat pants and shoe laces. I might be able to join the circus with this side show. Extra money is always nice :)
