This is my goals for this week (Monday - Saturday):
*drink at least 9 cups of water per day
*at least 4 gym visits AND do my push ups, planks, squats and jumping jacks before bed
*eat 80% clean -- making sure to pack my lunch and snacks daily
*log onto Spark daily
*weigh no more than 180 by Saturday (179 would be PERFECT!)
*LIMIT my chips (this is a biggie for me)
*do my daily meditations
I will follow up with a blog on Saturday stating my progress
I was talking to one my BFF's and we committed to creating a vision board dealing with life goals (I have 2 related to weight loss) I now want to do one with my personal goals outside of losing weight. I have written down my goals and will search for pix that reflect these goals. We have committed to having it completed by the first day of Spring. I want to do a TOTAL overhaul of my life. I am tired of living my life by "shooting from the hip". I have done pretty OK for myself, but living in a mindful state will surely get me further.
