Weekly Goal

This is my goals for this week (Monday - Saturday):

*drink at least 9 cups of water per day
*at least 4 gym visits AND do my push ups, planks, squats and jumping jacks before bed
*eat 80% clean -- making sure to pack my lunch and snacks daily
*log onto Spark daily
*weigh no more than 180 by Saturday (179 would be PERFECT!)
*LIMIT my chips (this is a biggie for me)
*do my daily meditations emoticon

I will follow up with a blog on Saturday stating my progress

I was talking to one my BFF's and we committed to creating a vision board dealing with life goals (I have 2 related to weight loss) I now want to do one with my personal goals outside of losing weight. I have written down my goals and will search for pix that reflect these goals. We have committed to having it completed by the first day of Spring. I want to do a TOTAL overhaul of my life. I am tired of living my life by "shooting from the hip". I have done pretty OK for myself, but living in a mindful state will surely get me further.

Well those are my goals for the week. I will make it a successful week! I hope you do too!!

    Reasonable realistic goals...that's the way.
    The people who shout about difficult workouts and extreme meal plans/diets...can go right ahead. I have been there and I KNOW it is a short round trip.
    Doing things you can do TODAY and continue to do throughout your life is THE WAY to permanent weight loss and consistent longevity on this journey.
    The year has been devoted to mind & spirit and ALL THE REST. YOUR RIGHT there is more to it than lbs. on and off...and often it is those other things that are at the root of how the journey progresses.
    Keep pushing...and I will too.
