Hey did do it again today! My butt and back ached from level 2 so instead of taking time off I went back to level 1. I also managed to inveigle hubby to do it with me! Tomorrow I want to swim some laps in the morning and circuit train in the afternoon. I used to swim 30 laps 2-3 times a week before and I would like to get there again. Wish me luck I am really trying to change my sedentary ways!
