I took a half of a Tramadol pill last night: Got up this morning after sleeping ten and a half hours, put roast in crock pot, sat in chair, fell asleep for about five hours! Woke up and showered, had dinner and have major exercise to do.. got my steps in, but have some cardio to do..

it has started snowing again..

Wow that was. lot of sleep I wish I could stay asleep For 8 hours every day but I am doing pretty good with 6 or 7, that is a big improvement after a number of years. I am trying to not use melatonin. It was suggested I might be getting the headaches from it. Hugs Pat in Maine. emoticon emoticon emoticon

I don't have pleasant words for the snow. Believe me. But ours is finally melting. Portland, Or's light rail, busses and street car are out of service because of the weather . I will ahve to ask for a tranadol prescript.
