I miss losing weight....

....but, apparently not bad enough emoticon I'm not off track but, I'm not fully on track...my average steps for January and February this year are more then last January and February and last year at this point I had lost 9.4 pounds so I know the problem is the calorie intake....one minute I want to eat right and be on track and the next I just don't care....does anyone have any suggestions?

    I have the same problem but I find that having a meal plan helps. emoticon emoticon

    I unfortunately have the I don't care attitude way too much. But I know that is why I got over weight. I've been watching a lot of old episodes of Extreme Weight Loss, Heavy and My 600lb Life. I know all of them are much heavier than I am but It scares me into staying on task.

For me, when I really don't care and would prefer just sitting around with some fatty, sugary, salty food, I have to have a food plan. Something that is specific that I can follow with foods I like. Right now I'm carb cycling, following the pattern that Chris Powell has established. I've also told my family the plan so they can help me when I want to reach for something I shouldn't. I'm also trying to stay out of the kitchen.
