I'm sleeping much of the time. I am so terribly tired. My blood pressure went up to 171 / 100 last night. I felt so poorly and was nauseated. I found the blood pressure medicine that my doctor had told me to stop taking and am taking it again. I'm glad that I'm going to a new doctor tomorrow.

Can't wait for you to get to your new doctor.
Try to relax and slow down your breathing, than keep rechecking that blood pressure emoticon

Blood Pressure that is high should not be ignored. Your body knows when it should be resting, to compensate for your lack of medication. However, changing doctors is a good idea. Try to get to the underlying cause of your high blood pressure instead of masking it up with medication. Try a holistic approach by changing your diet, adding herbs and exercising more. But, keep an eye on your blood pressure readings while trying to lower it naturally - that's important!
