We all know that they don't. I realized that I had been making all sorts of excuses for myself. Yesterday, I was reminded that I just need to DO IT. I got up off my behind and did the 5 Really Big Miles DVD with Leslie Sansone. Since it has been awhile, I was shocked that I had enough stamina to get through it. I did though. Today I headed to a Nia class at a local studio that a friend of mine was subbing. It was an awesome class and my DH even agreed to go with me. It always helps to have someone to motivate you to keep moving and keeps you accountable. I better get moving so I can have some lunch before it is dinner time! :-)

    I do know what you mean, I too got up this morning & pressed PLAY! I felt like going for longer than the 30mins but grandson woke up so had to do cuddle time....

    They don't work if you don't use them, you're right. At least a DVD (or tape in my case--yes I still use Richard Simmons on tape!) is at home where you can answer the emergency phone call when it comes.
