I have been working mega hours that just zapped me away from any form of exercising and on some occasions, good food choices. My training is almost complete - I missed a training session due to flight cancellations to get home for the training...which should have been cancelled!
I am almost caught up with the 6 months of paperwork and getting everything back into State compliance. I am no longer in a constant panic of who is working at my 2 group homes, one home is missing a house manager so I have to rely on getting a lot of subs to work the shifts...no easy task! However, I will be getting a new house manager by next week! Yay!!!!
I am hoping that once all my paperwork, medical appointments, and scheduled IP meetings are caught up, I can breath much easier! Then I can begin focusing on my weight loss. I am still maintaining...somewhat. I am very slowly going up on the scale and I am now drinking soda about every other day.
The weather is horribly cold with too much snow and too much in the single digits with wind chills. I so cannot wait for Spring so that I can actually go jogging outside. I also wouldn't mind the treadmill in my home, I just haven't had a chance to get on. I literally work from home after working at my 2 group homes and at the main office. Sometimes, I work until 10 or 11 pm. I know this is not healthy and I may get burned out but the paperwork is just crazy!
Anyway, got to go...back to doing my monthly progress goals for January...but then I have to do the missing progress goals for the months of July through October...oh major sigh...
