Sunday great day sun is out. Decided on the meatloaf I froze this week made of lean gr beef and lean turkey. Planning ahead is my goal.
Also noticed when I skip TOPS meetings I eat anything and everything so now I have 8 pounds to loose since it's been a month since my meeting. It's because of weather. I am so going to try.
Tomorrow taxes and this I dread. Dropping off homeless meal to church then hope to get to jazzercise.
My plan is to keep the tomato sauce with water added to add turkey burgers to it so in a way protein for the week.
As you can tell I am in such a good mood BUT will it last after taxes are done?
