In 112 days I am running my next half marathon. Calgary. June 1. It's the start to a 3 week holiday that will end with my following half marathon in Anchorage Alaska on June 21.
I am also booking a boudoir photography session in May - not too long before I go for my run.
I am holding myself more accountable this time around.
I'm posting status daily of how much time is left, and what I've done to reach my goals.
The hope is that I will tone up and loose some weight so I will feel great about my pictures.
However, simply getting my training in and doing everything I can to tone up and loose weight will be a success in itself.
It's a one day at a time thing.
So what's on the program for today?
I'm sick. One wicked cold. No running for me today.
Dance lesson this afternoon - at least 60min maybe longer.
That's about it. But it's a start.
