emoticon Did a workout..15 minutes of aroebic...did some wt training....know it don't seem like much,but for me it is a big deal with my health issues and I have been inactive for awhile,feel. pretty good right now...and I am still smoke free.I learned something from tracking my food the past few days,I really need to measure,like oatmeal and such,little light bulbs going off in my head,being honest when tracking food is so important.Since I am just restarting I am giving myself a week to get use to tracking,so come wednsday I want to be on my way to not just tracking but getting measures in line with what will help me to lose wt. and therefore healthier.
