Lost 1.9 lbs this week. Was definitely hoping for my 3 lb loss but I admit was lazy this week as I have been getting up @ 4a and just couldn't find the energy to go as hard as I usually do. Did WATP just to burn calories but that is nowhere near what I usually burn. Only worked out 3 days this week, glad the energy kicked in on Friday and yesterday I burned over 1800 calories so I am happy about that. Also accomplished running a 16 minute mile at a 3.5 incline. I want to hit a 14min mile this week but I panic when I increase the pace so I just need to get outta my head. Happy that a loss is a loss. Slow and steady right?
Goal next week: 3 lbs
