I have a quiet Sunday planned. I will put on some workout music and rock out at least 15 minutes on the bike, along with dumbbells and leg exercises.

Dinner is "plan aheads" as I made stuffed cabbage yesterday.

It is now official, I've lost my 30th pound! emoticon emoticon
