it's not even 5:20am, and I already have my breakfast.
That's 2 extra large scrambled eggs with a slice of melted cheese and a few slices of deli turkey mixed in. I'm having key lime flavored Dannon greek yogurt & black coffee.
There are 9 grams of carbs in my yogurt, 2 grams of carbs in the deli meat, and 2 carbs in the slice of cheese. So I have a total of 13 carbs for breakfast.
Now that might seem like alot of carbs to some of you, but you have to remember I only eat 2 meals a day. Besides I grew up hearing how important breakfast was and how breakfast should really be your biggest meal, to get your day started off right.
This tasted yummy! Now it's time for my 2nd cup of coffee.
