Hip Hop Abs Day 12

Wow I can't believe it's been almost two weeks since I started Hip Hop Abs. It's fun and I don't dread doing it everyday. Agreed, I am still getting used to some of the moves and sometimes it's difficult for me to keep up with their pace BUT it's still fun!

So today, I again did the Fat Burning Cardio and Abs Sculpt videos. I'm trying to follow the calendar as much as possible.

Update from last night - I think I did pretty good. Around an hour and a half before dinner, I had a snack (w0hole wheat pita bread and hummus) so by the time I got to the restaurant (around 8:30, I typically finish my dinner a lot earlier), I wasn't ravenous. Anyway, I ordered a lasagna (they had limited vegetarian options). It came with a salad which I made sure to finish first. So, by the time I got to the lasagna, I wasn't very hungry and only ate a quarter of what was on the plate. Got the rest to go - it'll be lunch for the next two days.
Also, I stuck to one drink. Not wine but a tiramisu martini. Yummy! I know it probably had more calories than the wine but since I wasn't getting dessert, I thought I could cheat a little lol!

Last night (or rather this morning), I realized that I can still go out with my friends for drinks and dinner and not blow my weekly diet. I just need to plan and strategize ahead. emoticon !

If you have a TBB Coach, make sure you tell them your goals also so they can help support you!

Great Plan for eating out! I always ask for a to go box when I order. When my food comes I automatically put half in the box!
