You know that number on the scale that is teetering on the verge of the next lower set of numbers. That number that you get so close to smashing and dropping below but then have a binge weekend or stressful work week feeding frenzy where you gain 3+ and then seem to be closer to the upper set of numbers. 221...THAT number.
Well that number has ticked me off for the last time and now I am on a mission. This week I am going to stomp that number and grind it into the ground. I have been in this holding pattern long enough and so up off my tookus I must rise.
My goal this week is to get into the next set of numbers...the LOWER set...and my next goal is to lose 12 pounds by Spring (5 1/2 weeks)...doable, yes?
