It's Saturday and I'm feeling really good today!! Often my Saturdays are very laid back and I skip exercising. I figure, "Why do it on the weekend when my husband is off from work? I'll just start over on Monday." This past week is the first of many in which I fulfilled my goal of working out 5 times instead of 3 or, gasp...4! lol (Although I won't beat myself up if I spent 4 days working out that week).
I have my eye set on weight loss, and taking what I am learning from the book, Coach Approach from Weight Watchers and using a couple of WW cookbooks, I believe I am gaining tools to succeed. I want to thank my SP friends for their support
