Went out snow shoeing with my brother today. I use my dad's old military surplus snow shoes which are these clunky metal things. Well, today I decided to try my brother's. Wow, what a difference. His are much lighter. The ones I normally use are better for breaking trail, but for speed and effort his are superior. We wet out after lunch with my parents. I made us roast beef, roasted root vegetables and stuffed baby bell peppers. It sounds weird, but I stuffed them with liver sausage and seasoned cream cheese. Yum!
I think tomorrow should be a recovery day. I have been averaging close to 11 miles a day this week. I will still get in 120 minutes, but might not push myself to do much more. 132 days to go until I get to 1,000 days on my fitness streak of 120+ minutes of intentional fitness every single day.
