After taking several weeks off, I am now ready to get back on track. Problem is I am not motivated at all. So I have decided to do at least one healthy thing today. Then tomorrow I will do 2 healthy things, and keep adding until the week ends. These things may seem small to some of you but right now I am not doing anything healthy, so anything would be an improvement. My choices are drinking a glass of water (I haven't had one full glass of water in a while), eating a serving of vegetables, or exercising 10 minutes a day.
I was doing so good a month ago and I really want to again!
