Day 1: Focus on small changes

I didn't change my diet routine all of a sudden .... as I tried in the past & always ends up from where I started. So this time I have decided to make small small changes in my diet.

What I did is mentioned below:

Water: 8 glass
Morning Snack: Grapes
Evening Snack: Coconut Water
Bread: Brown Bread
Sugar: Brown Sugar
