Have you ever asked yourself Why am I here ? What do I expect ? How will I make the change? What are my goals? How will I get through the day and make it a success?
If you haven't stop now and do just that.
Why am I here ? I have a pacemaker and want to get as healthy as I can , lose some weight, meet some friends , and find some great recipes for some healthy food.
What do I expect.? That if I follow my plan for healthy living , I may lose some weight over time. I will get stronger , fitter, toner. I will strengthen my heart . I may live longer , and I will be happier.
How will I make the change? By eating as healthy as I can afford at every meal. that I exercise 30 minutes a day when I am healthy. That I will drink only water and tea every day , with an occasional coffee or juice. And I will get eight hours of sleep every night or better on the weekends.
What are my goals ? To be fitter stronger and healthier every day. To be happier and to help others to do the same.
How will I get through the day and make it a success. ? Start off with a good healthy breakfast ,lunch ,and supper. Have a plan for my workouts. Have my almonds yogurt and blueberries ready for snacks. Have my water nearby at all times. Write my daily blog. Be positive and happy whenever I can . Spend some me time reading quietly with no distractions. Lastly go to bed on time and only think happy thoughts, let the rest go. Breathe deep and often throughout the day.
You all have your reasons for being here . Think of them now and often. Don't doubt yourself or get confused you are here to be as happy and healthy as you can. You are here to lose weight slowly and in a healthy way. We all need good healthy food, water , sunshine, and fresh air. We need to move our bodies and be happy ,less stressed and well . We need good sleep and good friends. We can do this we are so worth it. Reason it out. Hugs, Happiness, and Healthy Living.
