so it is sat and i have to work again. so thankful for my job but so tired of working 6 days
i did c25k today. week 2 day 3. and i even made a new recipe. i made buffalo chicken mac and cheese. it is ok. i had to substitute cottage cheese for yogurt. i think it is pretty good. not sure if i would make it again tho.
had a healthy breadfast and just finished my berry green smoothie
not much else going on. just wanted to blog for a minute and check in so i can stay accountable.
my sister did couch to 5k a few years ago and lost a lot of weight. my youngest sister decided to try it. i dont like running but am debating on looking more into it this spring after it warms up. 842 days ago
Good for you - blogging in spite of the work hours. I have had similar challenges and know that it can be hard to keep up with a healthy program. Just stick with the best you can do - because that's all you can do. And don't worry about the rest. Best wishes with getting a more reasonable schedule. 843 days ago
